Namco har laget Tekken på mobil og rulett maskin. I slutten av 1997 kom Tekken 3 det slo skikkelig an da det kom både i grafikk, gameplay og det hele det satte en ny standard for slåss spill. Knapt et år senere kom en håndhold maskin som bare var å få i Japan, den var laget av BanDai med navnet WonderSwan. Denne maskinen laget Namco faktisk et Tekken spill, Tekken Card Challenge.
Tekken CC er et RPG basert spill i sort hvit, der du skal prøve å samle opp flest mulig kort fra motstandere slik at karakteren går opp i level og får flere og kraftigere moves.
Du starter med å velge imellom Jin, Xiaoyu eller Hwoarang, der du igjen starter i en verden der du skal gå rundt å plukke opp kort, kartet ser litt ut som pokemon spillene, men ulikt det kan du ikke gå rundt å snakk med folk, du møter heller på folk fra Tekken Force som Crow, som du også kan unlock’e som spillbar karakter. Man møter også på andre av karakterene fra Tekken 3 banker du dem får du dem unlocked.
Når du skal fighte en person har du en lifebar likt Tekken spillene og triksene derifra. Når det er din tur er det en rullet som går over de triksene du unlocket av å samle disse kortene og da gjelder det å stoppe på det riktig trikset i forhold til motstanders triks. Om det eventuelt er et launch move fordi da gir det
muligheten for å få inn mer damage. Siste bossen i spillet er True Ogre likt Tekken 3 bortsett fra at han ikke er spillbar. Mange av bakgrunnen i Tekken 3 er også til å se i spillet, spillet hadde også en link up VS mulighet som faktisk ville vært litt kult!
